Lou Teasdale and Andy Carroll’s relationship has weathered more turbulence than most, yet those close to the pair say the celebrity stylist has no intention of stepping back. In fact, she is preparing to take things much further — in a move that is almost certain to infuriate Carroll’s estranged wife, Billi Mucklow.

The 42-year-old hairdresser-turned-influencer is now formalising a joint business venture with Carroll, marking a significant step forward after months of public break-ups, reconciliations, disagreements and speculation. According to official records, the pair have registered a new company focused on the “wholesale of perfumes and cosmetics,” prompting questions about whether Carroll is preparing to branch into grooming products or if a shared beauty line is being developed.

The company name — Jezabelles Ltd — is also noteworthy, given that the term historianically refers to a bold or scheming woman. Insiders say this will raise eyebrows, but insist that the couple chose it quite intentionally.

Teasdale first became known as a celebrity hair and makeup artist, most famously touring the world with One Direction. A beauty business aligns naturally with her background — but the new venture represents an entirely different direction for Carroll, 36, whose life and income have long revolved around football.

“Lou is the driving force behind the idea,” the insider added. “Andy is simply supporting her in whatever way she needs.”

Carroll, once worth an estimated £25 million, was listed among the richest young sportsmen in the UK during his Premier League days. Teasdale is financially secure in her own right too, having spent the past decade flipping houses with her twin sister, who co-owns the beauty brand Bleach London.

The couple began dating in September last year, just months after Andy’s split from Billi Mucklow, his partner of 11 years and the mother of three of his children. Their romance — and frequent displays of affection — drew sharp criticism from Billi’s supporters, who noted she was often caring for the couple’s children while Carroll was photographed out with Teasdale.
