Just minutes after being caught up in a heated cooking dispute, Kelly Brook found herself in trouble with yet another I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmate on Monday night’s episode.

In an unexpectedly tense moment, the 46-year-old model marched over to Shona McGarty, who was asleep in her hammock, and dramatically rocked her from side to side while demanding she get up to prepare lunch.
Kelly even joked, “Get up, you lazy cow,” as she tried to shake Shona awake.
Although Shona initially laughed the moment off, she later confessed in the Bush Telegraph that she didn’t feel Kelly’s behaviour was “very nice.”

Fans watching at home were quick to react, with many taking to X to say they would never have tolerated being woken up like that.
Posts included:
-
“LAZY COW?? I’d be throwing hands.”
-
“Shona better than me — I’d be swinging if someone woke me like that!”
-
“No need to rock the hammock AND call her a lazy cow. Unnecessary.”
-
“Kelly is already annoying on this show! Imagine waking me up like that.”
-
“She’d have been drop-kicked across camp if that were me.”
-
“If Kelly woke me like that I’d have lost my s**t.”
The moment immediately divided viewers — with many saying Kelly had taken the banter too far.
More Tension: AngryGinge vs. Kelly in Another Cooking Row
Earlier in the episode, fans had already watched AngryGinge clash with Kelly over yet another meal-time dispute.
The group had been eating their morning rice out of mugs, which left Ginge — real name Morgan Burtwistle — stuck with a mountain of extra washing-up.
“Can we please stop eating rice out of cups?” he complained.
He then explained that using both mugs and food containers meant double the dishes.
Kelly defended the habit, saying it made breakfast feel more like an actual “breakfast” meal.
Vogue Williams also insisted everyone had the right to a clean bowl at every meal.
But Ginge hit back:
“So we’re doubling the washing because it feels a bit more like breakfast?”
Kelly later said that leaving dirty items lying around was unhygienic, especially after the camp discovered rats and “thousands of ants” over unwashed dishes left out overnight.
Rats, Ants, Burnt Rice — And Tempers Boil Over
The confrontation came shortly after the camp realised pests had invaded due to dirty dishes being left out, prompting Kelly to remind Ginge:
“You can’t leave anything out.”
The tension only grew as breakfast went wrong again — with Eddie Kadi accidentally burning the rice after leaving it on the fire while he took a shower.
Kelly said she had seen him do it but chose not to intervene:
“I had a feeling this morning it’s going to be a little crispy.”
Food, chores, and cleanliness have been at the heart of several rows this season, and Monday’s episode showed the pressure rising as the show enters its final week.
