Bridgerton actress Genevieve Chenneour has opened up about a deeply upsetting experience, revealing that she was unexpectedly targeted and struck by a stranger in central London — only months after a previous incident left her struggling with anxiety and fear of crowded places.

The 27-year-old star, known for playing Clara Livingston in the hit Netflix series, posted an emotional video on Instagram where she described feeling “shaken” and overwhelmed just moments before she was due to attend an audition near Oxford Circus.

Speaking through tears in a quiet room above the casting area, Genevieve said the encounter caused her to experience sudden panic attacks, bringing back memories of her difficult experience earlier this year.
