“He hasn’t started fat jabs yet,” Katie said on her podcast. “They’re developing a new weight-loss drug… If it works, Harvey can go on it next year.”

Doctors, she explained, wanted to give traditional diet changes a fair chance before introducing medication. But the plan remains:
